HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS
MIX-USE Currently, Gerald's company Mioyo is developing a mix-use development project in Nigeria. This project is being considered for one of the middlebelt states which is one of the under developed states in Nigeria due to the lack of industries. This is a humanitarian project and it is Mioyo’s mission to design & build energy efficient buildings that bring civic pride and generate economic recovery to the country. The project will provide Pre-fabricated Homes (Villages), a K-12 School for the surrounding Villages, water borehole systems, solar generators, solar water purification systems, solar lights, and a level one hospital. This project will impact thousands of Nigerian’s and will help prevent health issues in the Villages due to contaminated water.

Gerald is committed to giving back to Nigeria, a country that has given him the opportunity to be successful.
Gerald has traveled throughout Nigeria and witness the villages in the rural areas first hand and understand the needs of the people that preside there. His mission is to help provide the basic amenities that most people take for granted.
The goal is to create pre-fabricated housing units that are easily constructable and can be provided quickly to areas in need.
Due to the lack of electric power in the villages solar lights are very much needed. They are well-designed to illuminate large areas with the highest intensity of light.
With these water purification units even untrained villagers can make safe and healthy drinking water.
